Kriti Aggarwal

Project Description

As part of a six-month internship at Science Gallery Bengaluru (SGB), Kriti contributed to SGB’s sixth exhibition-season CARBON, which explored our critical and contentious relationship with the element carbon. In the lead up to the exhibition-season, Kriti conceptualised and designed pop-up exhibitions at four metro stations along the Purple and Green lines in Bengaluru. The primary aim of the project was to generate interest about the opening of CARBON at the newly built Science Gallery Bengaluru campus in Sanjaynagar. The experience turned out to be an interesting experiment in public engagement for the CARBON Mediator Team, as it helped them nuance their understanding of bridging the gap between the public and research.

Along with this, Kriti also created a range of design collaterals that supported the media and communication efforts of of SGB’s public programming and outreach initiatives.
