PROGRAMMES

The programs accompanying the CARBON exhibition season encouraged visitors to delve deeper into the social, ecological and political world of carbon. The exhibition season explored the many ways in which the element CARBON intersects with our socio-cultural and political worlds. Guided by our core values of inter-, trans-, and anti-disciplinary thinking, the programs were an experimental space for artists, scholars, practitioners and educators to push boundaries of knowledge and knowing. Through quizzes, workshops, film festivals, public lectures and masterclasses, young adults were treated to a variety of exciting ideas, scholarship and technologies with which to think about the role of carbon in our lives.
