Kannada Research Intern

Who can apply?
To apply for an internship, you should:
- Be enrolled in a college/ university or be a recent graduate.
- Have good verbal and written command of English.
- Be available for a full-time internship for six months to a year.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Kannada is mandatory.

Application Timelines
All internships begin in the month of June.

Key responsibilities
- Identifying books, magazines, manuals, glossaries of terms, and poems on science written in Kannada. 
- Compiling a list of quotes from famous Kannada writers, scientists, poets, and artists about science, and the future facing nature of Bangalore as a city. 
- Helping proofread text as necessary. 
- Writing summaries, captions, labels in Kannada. 
- Identifying exhibit specific multimedia material including videos and audio in Kannada, and relevant archival material like newspaper clippings etc.
